Read the following
instructions before submitting online payment: |

Enter primary tenant
name as it appears on the lease. |

Enter rental property
address you are paying for. |

3. |
Click on "Pay Now"
button. You will be redirected to a secure PayPal
website. |

Once your're on the
PayPal website you'll be presented with 2 options:
1) If you already have an account with PayPal you can sign-in and
continue with a
payment.
2) If you are new to PayPal, just fill out form to complete your
payment. |

5. |
Upon completion of the
online payment process save both receipt and email
confirmation as proof of your payment. |
